This project included newly constructed office and manufacturing areas containing 102,000 square feet of first floor gross floor area and 27,000 square feet of second floor gross floor area.  The project also included 28,000 square feet of existing office renovation.  The cost of the new construction and renovation was $20,400,000.  The floor design of this facility includes offices, warehouse space, manufacturing shop with crane rail systems, a paint booth, electrical/mechanical rooms and restrooms.  Equipment foundations for the crane rails and the paint booth were also installed.

This 5 building, 150 unit garden style apartment complex contains 110,000 square feet of gross building area and is situated on a 5.5 acre site.  The property was purchased in 2008 for $5,525,000 of which $828,750 was allocated to land.  In addition, a major renovation totaling $1,500,000 was completed in 2008 and was included the study.

Small Office Warehouse

 

The one story with small mezzanine office/warehouse building contains 24,080 square feet of gross floor area and is situated on a 2.3 acre site.  The land improvements consist of the real property - office/ warehouse building, one story masonry construction.  Purchased in 2008 for $1,750,000.  The allocated land value is $400,000 and the value of the improvements to the land is $1,350,000.  Additionally, in 2008 an office remodel project took place which totaled $250,000 for a total building cost of $1,600,000.
